Description of your missions
Reporting directly to the Head of the Pre-Construction Department, the Assistant Pre-Construction Project Manager (CdP AVT) is responsible for preparing the construction of wind farms, hydroelectric power plants and/or photovoltaic power plants.
Driven by a sustainable development approach, he/she will be responsible for :
During the Development phase prior to submission of the Building Permit :
- Support for Development Project Managers in discussions with the naturalist and landscape architect for environmental measures
- Site visit prior to submission of building permit for systematic review of plans with Bureau d'Etude Développement
- Day-to-day support on issues of technical feasibility and technology feedback
During the Development phase after purge of the Building Permit :
- Launching of pre-construction studies as required (additional topographical surveys, soil studies, pollution studies, INRAP, access studies, production studies, DT + network detections, etc.).
- Initiate pre-consultations with suppliers where appropriate
- Definition of an optimized technical solution
- Definition of the budget envelope for each project, in preparation for tenders
- Exchanges with the Dev BE for an updated plan of the defined solution
- Creation of an up-to-date single-line schedule for each project
- Drawing up a provisional schedule for each project
During the Construction phase following the Commission de Régulation de l'Energie's call for tenders:
- Participation in the Development/Construction handover meeting
- Delivery of PAT deliverables: one-line diagram, plan, schedule
Skills required
- You are preparing an engineering degree and are looking for a 3-year work-study program.
- You are preferably specialized in Mechanics/Structural/Civil Engineering
- General knowledge of the renewable energy sector appreciated
- B license
